Getting prices ready without being bookable
As a user of Booking Experts, in some situations you may want to prepare Price lists for a future calendar year or rental season without them also being directly bookable.
This is because Guests may only book for a new season from a specific publication date.
This requires two actions. You enter the prices and deactivate the dates on which booking is not yet allowed in the arrival and departure schedule.
Entering prices
- You can enter prices manually
- You can take over prices from another year and index them if necessary
- You can take over prices from another price list
You can find these options in the price lists on the prices tab and via the actions button.

Set arrival and departure schedule to inactive
By closing the arrival and departure days of the price periods you have just entered in advance, you prevent prices from being published directly via the online Channels. Prices will also not be actively bookable for reservations via the back office.
