Set up payment methods for POS
Register sales can be paid in different ways. Cash is a default method, and you probably have a PIN terminal, or maybe you also want to be able to accept vouchers as a payment method.
In the 'Payment methods' menu in the financial module, you determine which payment methods are available for POS transactions. Click the name of the payment method you want to use in the POS module and check the 'Available for POS' box.
There are a few default payment methods that you cannot link to the POS. These are by their nature not suitable for POS sales.
You can create a payment method such as 'Vouchers' yourself by clicking '+New payment method'. Do not create a payment method for card payments yourself! If a PIN terminal is connected, a corresponding payment method is automatically created, which you can then make available for use in the POS module.
