Merging costs
Over time, you may have created multiple costs that involve the same thing. Think of cleaning costs for different types.
For this you can now merge the cost items so that you don't have 2 or more cost items for cleaning costs, but 1, in which you can set a different price for each type.
To merge cost items, go to the layout tab and then to cost items. Then click the merge button at the top of your screen.
Settings
- You can tick if applicable: Costs items may only be merged if they have exactly the same texts in Dutch. Choose this if the cost items to be merged should have the same name, description and question to the guest in the standard language of this park (Dutch).
- Select the cost items you want to merge.
- Enter a new name and description and go to the next step.
- Check the settings and merge the cost items.
