Do not invoice cost by Booking Experts

Can the guest pay this cost on arrival? Then use the 'Do not invoice' setting.

In the booking process and on the invoice, the cost is shown as being payable on arrival. Further invoicing and payment of this is done outside Booking Experts.

Templates

Do you want to display a specification of the costs payable on site on the booking confirmation? Then use the tag {{ locals.booking_hidden_costs_overview }} in your template. More information on Templates can be found here.

Customer portal

You also have the choice of whether or not to display these on-site costs in the Customer portal. In the portal settings you can check or uncheck "do not show costs on location separately".
