Amenity groups
Amenity groups are used to filter your website by park and/or type. Amenities are also used to distinguish between your Types and Objects. For example, you can filter on amenities in your Planboard, or a guest can choose an object with a specific amenity when making a Reservation.
Amenity groups are created in the organization settings. If you have several parks within your organization, set the Amenity groups in one place for all parks.
Types of amenity groups
In Amenity groups, we have two types of amenity groups. Amenities for administrations only and amenities for everything.
Amenities for administrations only
Examples of amenities just for administrations are the facilities you offer in the park. Think about a swimming pool, restaurant, indoor playground, or wellness. You can also specify the activities you offer at the park and what there is to do in the area in the Administration facilities. For each Administration, you link the right amenities so the guest can filter on the website by park amenities.
Amenities for everything
You can use these amenities for your Types and Rentals. Examples are the facilities in the bathroom. Does a property have a shower or a bath? Are single or double beds available?
Many commonly used amenities have already been entered by default. Please feel free to add Amenities as required. Would you like guests to filter on pets allowed and pet free? Then create an amenities group "Pets allowed", with "Pets allowed" and "Pet free" underneath.
Creating amenity groups and amenities
To create Amenities, first create the amenity groups. Amenities are in fact grouped together under the corresponding amenity group. More information on creating amenity groups can be found here. For creating Amenity groups read this article.

Adding amenities to types/objects or to an administration

Amenities and OTAs
