Fixed commission amount per night of a reservation

Owners receive rental revenue from each Reservation on the property after deducting a set commission amount per night of a Reservation.

You enter a default commission amount per night. Optionally, you can specify a maximum commission amount per Reservation. In addition, you can choose to increase the commission amount in high season, for example. Should a Reservation overlap with the set deviating period, the standard commission amount per night will be calculated in combination with the deviating commission amount.

Example

You set the default commission amount per night at €15.

For the maximum commission amount per Reservation set €150.

This means a commission amount of €15 per night is calculated for the commission. However, it may be the case that a Reservation is made for a longer period, for example for 14 nights. This would mean 14 nights x €15 per night = €210 for commission. The maximum commission amount per Reservation is set at €150. This means that no more than €150 will then be charged for commission.
