Fixed return
Owners receive a fixed monthly amount minus commission. This does not include reservations on the property.
If you have specified the name yourself under the heading Fixed amount and Fixed commission amount, you will see this reflected in the Invoice items of the letting account where you have applied this commission agreement. There are then two Invoice items: Fixed amount and Fixed amount to commission.
