Planboard - Filtering
In the Planboard, you can filter by guest group, segments, types, labels and amenities. How do you use these filters?
Filter by guest group
Click to see the dropdown. Your guests have been divided in age categories. For each category, you can change the number to find reservations that comply with your search query. You can also filter to find reservations with pets here.
Filter by segment
You use this function when you want to filter by 1 or more segments. If you only want to see your holiday homes or only your camping pitches on the Planboard, you can select one of the segments.
Filter by type
Do you want to quickly see whether you have an available property of a certain type? Then use filtering by type.
Filter by label
If your objects have labels, then you can also filter by labels. This can be convenient if you, for example, receive a call from a guest who wants a cabin close to the playground. In the Planboard, filter by the label "close to playground" and you will immediately see which objects are still available. Read more about creating and adding object labels.
Filter by amenities
Here, you can filter by all amenities that have been linked to the objects. Check one or more amenities that are on your guest's wish list, and see which of those objects are still available.
It is possible to layer multiple filters, either within a category (e.g. multiple amenities) or between categories (e.g. a type and a label).
Remove filters by clicking the cross, or by placing your cursor behind the filter term and pressing the backspace key.
