Create price rules
Creating, editing or deleting price rules
Go to your Price lists and click on the price list for which you want to set a price rule. Within the prices tab, you can click on price rules.
Examples:
- Pricing rules give you the opportunity to encourage longer stays. For example, you can set a percentage discount when reaching a minimum number of nights. You can then apply this discount to the entire stay or only to the nights after the minimum number of nights is reached.
- With price rules, you can discount a fixed amount per night. This can be useful if in your price lists you have entered the same price for all nights in the week and you want to offer the nights from Monday to Thursday, for example, at a lower price.
Inactive night prices automatically activated for a certain period
You have the option to have inactive night rates activated in a certain period. For example, if you want to make 3 nights bookable in a certain period without deviating from your night rates, set that rule, and for which days it is valid. This allows you to offer flexible periods without sacrificing the power of nightly rates.
Exporting and importing price rules
It is possible to export the price rules you have already created and then import them into another price list.
