Price lists
To offer a type on your website, you need a price list. In the price lists tool, we offer numerous options for efficiently overseeing, entering and strategically setting up your prices during special periods.
Types of price lists
Each price list has one or two price lists of its own. Prices and Simple Prices. For your own website and almost all tour operators and resellers, you work with Prices. These Price lists allow you to work with multiple price periods, such as night, midweek, weekend and weekly prices, among others.
We recommend working with nightly prices as much as possible. This makes entering and adjusting prices much easier. Directing guests on fixed arrival and departure days can be done via the arrival and departure schedule.
It is possible to use a simple price list in addition to the standard price list. This simple price list only works on the basis of nightly prices and is only necessary if you want to offer your offer via the tour operator Traum-Ferien. To view this price list, you must first have created the Traum-Ferien channel.
Entering or changing prices
To enter prices, create a new price lists. To do this, go to your Price lists. Entering and changing prices can be done in various ways. For more information on this, click here.
You can link several types to one price list and set a factor for this. Adjusting your prices or preparing new prices for the following year is then quick and efficient.
Basic price list
Working with a basic price list gives many advantages. You fill a basic price list and link all your Types to it. For each type, you can apply a factor compared to the basic price list. Factor means automatically increasing a price list by a percentage or amount you choose yourself. When you change the basic price list, all types linked to it change with the appropriate factor.
Want to enter the prices for next year? This can be done for all your Types at the push of a button. An additional advantage is that you only have to set price rules once. Read more about price rules here.
