How a price is calculated

Booking Experts always calculates the price as cheaply as possible for the guest.

Example 1:

The rental price is lower than my weekly price. How is that possible?

In most cases, then, you have a weekend + midweek price that together is cheaper than the weekly price. The system then chooses the combined price over the weekly price, because the guest always gets the lowest rental price.

Week from Monday to Monday: € 495

Week from Friday to Friday: €495

Midweek from Monday to Friday: € 295

Weekend from Friday to Monday: € 195,-

In this case, it is therefore more advantageous for Guests to book a midweek and a weekend (€295,- + €195,- = € 490,-) than a week from Monday to Monday.

On the site, the week price of Monday to Monday will be displayed at €490,- instead of the €495,- since a midweek and weekend also runs from Monday to Monday.

Example 2:

Suppose you have 2 discount Actions set up. A guest gets a standard 10% discount and you also have a last minute discount of 20%.

If the guest books in the period when the last minute discount is valid, the standard 10% discount will not be calculated.

Automatic discounts cannot be combined. The system always calculates the cheapest option for the guest with two active Actions in a given period.
