Terms and conditions + park regulations
Many parks use park regulations in addition to their terms and conditions. It is possible to then merge these with the general terms and conditions. You can do this through the booking confirmation or mention it on the website.
It is not necessary to make guests agree to your terms and conditions by checking a box. It is sufficient if, during the reservation process, you have brought the terms and conditions to the guest's attention and you have given them the opportunity to view them, for example, by putting them on the website or referring to the reservation confirmation.
