This article explains how to create reservations on cluster types and how they become visible in the planboard.
Cluster types and reservations
Making a reservation on a cluster is done in the same way as a standard reservation. In the reservation overview you can then see the objects that fall under the booked cluster.
You can replace the cluster used for the reservation if there are several clusters within the same cluster type. You can do this by clicking on the pen behind the rental in the reservation overview. Then you can choose another cluster that is also available during this period.
Cluster types and planboard
As you have created a (virtual) rental for the cluster, this rental will also become visible in the planning board. The reservations on this cluster are shown at this (virtual) object. In addition, the rentals used for the reservation are blocked by Booking Experts. So for these rentals, you will see the reservation in grey.
