Grouped types and reservations/planboard
This article explains how to create reservations on grouped types and how these reservations are shown in the planboard.
Grouped types and reservations
Placing a reservation on a grouped type is done in the same way as a standard reservation. In the reservation overview you can then see which rentals of the linked types have been used for the reservation.
You can also change the rentals that are used for the reservation. You can do this by clicking on the pencil behind the rental you want to change. You can then select another rental that is also available during this period.
Grouped type and planning board
As you have created a virtual rental for the grouped type, it also becomes visible in the planning board. The reservations on this grouped type are shown with this (virtual) rental. In addition, the rentals used for the reservation are blocked by Booking Experts. So for these rentals, you will see the reservation in grey.
