Introduction and examples auto emails
Auto emails allow you to automatically send standard emails to your guests. This could include arrival information, to be sent an x number of days prior to the Reservation. By using different filters, the emails can be widely used.

Beds made
It's great to have freshly made beds as soon as you arrive. You can opt for this now. We have a special offer to make your holiday really comfortable.
Lunch
Would you like to be given a delicious lunch in a picnic basket on arrival? Then you can enjoy it right in your holiday home. The lunch includes: fresh orange juice, spring water, 3 sandwiches per adult, 2 sandwiches per youngster and 1 sandwich per child.
Bikes
Don't feel like bringing your own bikes? Then you can rent them from us! Book your bike now to make sure we still have bikes in stock during your stay. We also rent out electric bikes, ideal for long bike rides between the dunes!
Sailing
Would you like to go sailing? Then you can! We have several (motor) boats for rent. Book them now, as we have limited stock.
Several cars
You can enter our holiday park with one car. Would you like to come with several cars? Then book a parking space. This is necessary to avoid having no parking spaces available. You pay a small fee for a second car.

As a filter, choose Arrival is less than so many days from now. You then fill in the number of days as desired. It is smart to send an e-mail like this 3 to 4 weeks before departure.
It is also possible to exclude a channel for this, for example. Suppose you don't want to send this e-mail to Owners, then choose the filter Channel is NOT Owners.
Arrival information - Camping

Within one week you will be camping with us! We are extremely looking forward to your arrival. In this e-mail we point out practical information about your stay.
Route and boat
Our address is Lindenlaan 36 in De Koog. In our experience, navigation systems will navigate you here directly, via the quickest route. Please note that the last part of your journey is by boat. The last boat leaves Den Helder at 20.30. If you miss this boat, you will not be able to reach the island until the next day. The first boat leaves Den Helder at 6.30. You can reserve a boat ticket now through the boat company TESO. Please note that for a large vehicle, such as a camper or car with caravan, a different fare applies.
Pitches
Some camping pitches are partly paved. Please place your caravan behind the paved section. You may place one additional tent. Would you like to put up an extra tent? Please add it to your Reservation.
All pitches have 10 ampere electricity, to be connected with a (blue) euro plug. The television system is 100% digital. This ensures perfect picture quality. Analogue channels are not supported and so unfortunately cannot be received.
Pizzas with the whole family
Would you like to come and eat with your children? We think that's great fun! We have a special pizza restaurant for them! Reservations are not required here. Everyone puts together their own pizza. And the best part? Each pizza is €5.00, including 2 toppings.
Home delivery convenience
Finally, we can also deliver our pizzas. During your stay, you can use our pizza delivery service. Just fill in the order form we will give you on arrival. Turn it in at reception or in the restaurant with the desired delivery time. That's going to be tasty!

In this case, use a filter Arrival is less than and fill in the number of days as desired. In addition, you can add a type group as a filter. To the type group you then add all types to which the mail may be sent.
A road diversions - General

We look forward to seeing you! In this e-mail we would like to inform you about road works that will take place during (part of) your stay.
The main road towards our holiday park will be temporarily closed. The work will take place more than 1 km away, so you will not experience any noise pollution from this. However, there will be a diversion. We will of course indicate this with signs along the road, so you will certainly find the right way to our holiday park!
From Lindestraatestraat, turn right onto Vlindersingel. Then turn right onto Parkweg and continue along Volksparksingel, Julianasingel, Hertssingel and Oliesingel. Turn left onto Kuipersdijk. Drive straight on here for about 3 km. Then turn left onto a dirt track and you will arrive at your final destination after about 1 km.
