Edit, delete or (de) activate auto emails

Of course, it is possible to edit, delete or (de)-activate an auto email.

Edit auto emails

Click on the auto email through the Administration settings. Then click edit and adjust the texts, translations and/or filters.

Are you editing a text? Then also adjust the text in the translations.

Delete auto e-mail

Click on the auto e-mail in the Administration settings. Then click delete.

(De)-activate Auto emails

You can activate and deactivate an auto email if you want. Go to your auto emails and tick the auto email you want to activate. If there are already reservations that comply with the specified criteria, they will be sent within 30 minutes after activation. You can still counter this by toggling the back button to deactivate the auto email.

If you want to deactivate an auto-email, uncheck it.

If an auto email is deactivated and you reactivate it later, the auto email will not be sent again to guests who have already received it.

This is because the system checks which guests have already received the auto e-mail.
