Promotion link

When an owner wants to rent out his own property, he can use the uniquely created promotion link. When this link is used when making a reservation, it will be displayed that the reservation was made via the promotional link. This Reservation is made through the Via Owners channel.

You can make different commission agreements with the owner for bookings that he himself brings in through his own promotional link. The system sees when a booking is made via this link and ensures that it appears correctly on the Settlements.

A promotional link is available for each property. So it does not depend on whether the owner is allowed to rent out his object or not.

Look up promotion link

Find the owner via the Owners module or via the search bar at the top right of your screen.

Open Owners and click the Promote button next to the property. Then copy and paste the link into your internet browser to view the owner's unique page. From here, his acquaintances can make a booking for his property.

Promoting via the owner's online portal

The owner of via the owner's online portal can also promote the object itself. The Promote button is located next to the properties. If the owner clicks this button, a link will appear, which the owner can share.
