Reception message to owners

Reception messages allow you to send an email to owners. You could use this, for example, to notify owners that a rent settlement payment will follow later in the month than usual, to inform them about calamities on the park, or to send an agreement.

Send a reception message to owners

You can send a message to owners via the Reception messages button (the envelope icon at the top of your screen). Click the +New button to create a new message.

Choose to which owners you want to send this message. Select 'All active owners' to send a message to all owners who currently have a rentable object. Select 'Specific owners' to enter one or more owners by name.

Sending a message to 1 specific owner is also possible through the owner page. In this case, you click the three dots next to 'Edit' at the top right. Here, you choose 'view reception messages'.

Choose 'owners with specific labels' to send a message to only the owners that have a certain label.

If you want to use multiple labels to send a message to owners, pay attention:

Select 2 labels for 1 message to send this message to owners that have both labels.

Send 2 messages with 1 label each to also reach the owners that have only one of the two labels. In this case, owners that have both labels may receive two messages.

Reception messages in the owner portal

The messages an owner receives can be viewed in the owner portal, in the tab 'reception messages'. Here, the owner can also send a message to the backoffice, or respond to a message. You can take over the owner role to see the messages in the owner portal view.
