Reception message to Owners

Reception messages allow you to communicate with Owners. You could use this, for example, to notify them that a Settlements payment will follow later in the month than usual, to inform them about calamities on the park, or to send an agreement.

Send reception messages to all active owners

You can send a message to all active owners via the Reception messages button (the envelope icon at the top of your screen). Click the +New button to create a new message. Enter a subject and select Send to All active Owners. Type your message. Attach a document if necessary and click Send.

Send message to specific Owners

It is also possible to send a message to 1 or more specific Owners. Tick Send to Specific Owners and then click on the owners or search for the owners by name. Sending a message to 1 specific owner can also be done via the Owners Map. Find the owner and click on Reception messages.

Send reception message to Owners with specific labels

You can also choose to send a reception message to Owners with 1 or more specific labels. Note! If you choose multiple labels, Owners must have all selected labels.

Communication via the owner's online portal

An owner can click Reception messages via their online portal.

Here the owner can read and respond to sent messages. The message can also be archived and they can create and send a new message themselves.
