Owner page

The owner page is the detail page for a specific owner in your reservation system. Here you will find an overview of all things related to this owner, divided into dashboard blocks per subject. In this article you'll find which information is shown for each block and which actions you can take.

Info

The ‘Info’ block shows the basic details of the owner. At the top right of this page you see the ‘Edit’ button, which allows you to edit this data. This is the same information you enter when creating a new owner, and here you can also add, for example, the owner's car registration or website. At the bottom of the ‘Info’ block, you can also add or remove owner labels, click the pen to do so.

Next to the ‘Edit’ button you will see a button with three dots, there you will find some additional actions:

Print label: This downloads a PDF with this owner's address details, suitable for printing an address label.

View reception messages: View all messages received or sent to this owner, or send a new message.

Personal data: When an owner asks to see their stored personal data according to the GDPR, you can easily export the requested data here.

Objects

An overview of the objects of this owner, and the linked Agreements. Read the article Objects and agreements in the owner page for more information.

Fellow guests

Here you add the people staying in the object together with the owner, if the owner makes a reservation for themselves. Read the article Fellow guests for more information.

Invoices

An overview of the most recent invoices of this owner. Read the article View invoices per owner for more information.

Draft invoices

These are the invoices that have not yet been sent to the owner. Click on the invoice number to view the details of the draft invoice. This block also contains the button that allows you to create a one-off invoice.

Users

Here you can find all users linked to this owner, with their own email address. Read the article Linked users in owner page for more information.

Own stays

An overview of the most recent own stays of this owner. You can see the reservation number, reservation dates, object, reservation status and total amount to be paid by the owner. Click ‘View all’ to view older reservations as well.

Documents

Here you can add documents related to the owner. Read the article Upload documents to an owner for more information.

Latest actions

Here you can quickly see the most recent activity related to this owner.
