Upload documents to an owner
Documents related to an owner can be uploaded to the owner. This allows you to have them digitally and always at hand.
Upload documents
Find the owner for whom you want to upload a document. You can do this via the Owners module or the search bar at the top right of your screen. Under the heading Documents, click add. Choose the file you want to add and click save.
Share document with owner
For each document, you can decide whether the owner may also view this document. By default, a document you upload is not shared with the owner. If you want to share the document with the owner, click the 3 dots behind the document and click Share with owner. When you have shared a document with an owner, you will see a check mark behind the document. If you no longer want to share the document with an owner, click the 3 dots behind the document again and click Don't share with owner.
If you accidentally added the wrong document, click the 3 dots behind the document and click Delete.
Documents in owners' environment
An owner sees the shared documents in his own environment in Booking Experts. For this, the owner can click on the Owners tab. At the bottom of Contact details, the documents are listed.
