Upload documents to an owner
Documents related to an owner can be uploaded in the owner page. This allows you to have them digitally and always at hand. You can also immediately share them with the owner by making them visible in the owner portal.
Upload documents
Open the owner page of the owner for whom you want to upload a document. In the 'Documents' block, click '+Add'. Drag or navigate to one or more files that you want to add, and click 'Save'. You'll now see the documents in the overview, including the upload date.
For each file, you'll also see an icon to re-download the file, or delete it.
Share document with owner
For each document, you can decide whether the owner may also view this document. Switch the toggle button on or off to define the file's visibility. By default, the toggle is set to 'off'. Setting it to 'on' will make the document visible in the owner portal. You can switch this button as often as you want.

An owner will be able to find the shared documents in his owner portal, in the 'Info' tab.
