Objects and agreements in the owner page

In the owner page, the ‘Objects’ block shows information about this owner's properties, as well as the associated agreements.

Statistics

Statistics for number of reservations, occupancy rate, and guest reviews for this owner's objects are displayed at the top. Click the information icons (i) for additional insight.

Objects

All objects of this owner are displayed in a list, with name and type. The label indicates the status of the agreement on the object. The ‘View agreement’ button takes you directly to the relevant agreement.

The button with the three dots on the right of the line allows you to perform various actions for this object. You can navigate to the agreement, promote this object, go to the rent settlement or create a periodic invoice or an invoice for a utility advance. Finally, there is also a link to view this object on the website.

Using the filter options at the top right of the block, you can choose which objects are displayed, for example only showing this owner's future agreements.

Pagination

The block displays up to five objects. If an owner has more than five objects to display, this block gets additional pages to navigate to.
