Using owner labels
An owner label can quickly highlight characteristics or preferences of an owner. This allows you to easily store special information about your various owners.
Owner labels are for internal use only, so owners cannot see these labels.
Creating new owner labels
New owner labels can be created via the labels submenu under organisation settings. Click '+New' to create a new label, or click an existing label to edit or archive it.
Adding an owner label
You can add owner labels individually through the owner page. In the correct owner page, in the 'Info' block, click the pen behind 'Labels'. In the pop-up, choose a label from the dropdown menu, or start typing the name of the label to quickly find it. It is possible to add multiple labels at once.
From the owner overview, you can also label multiple owners at the same time. If needed, use the filters, and then select multiple owners by checking the box in front of the name. In the highlighted section at the top of the list, choose the action button 'label'.
Owner labels as a filter
Labels are also very useful as a customised filter. This way, you can quickly pull up all owners with a specific characteristic. For example, all owners with the same commission agreement. A filtered list like this can also be exported.
If you filter using multiple labels, only the owners that have all these labels will be shown. Owners that do not match the query on all points will not be shown.
