Return per object
It is possible to view the return per object.
To do so, go to Statistics. Then click on Return.
In this overview you can filter by period, segment, commission agreements and type.
By default, only rentable objects are shown. Do you also want to see properties that are not for rent? Then check the box Show non-lettable Rentals.
The return is calculated as follows: Rental turnover - Rent paid out
