Access rights for employees
There are two ways to grant permissions to an employee. You can grant a (new) employee access at administration level and at organisation level.
Employee at administration level
Add an employee via Employees in the Administration settings. Click +New, and enter the employee's e-mail address. Check the boxes for the rights you want this employee to have. Once the employee has been added, he/she will receive an e-mail to create a password.
Hover your mouse pointer over the name of an access right to see what it entails exactly!
If you have several administrations that you want to give an employee access to, the organisation manager can set this up at organisation level. The employee can then choose between the administrations he/she has access to upon logging in.
Employee at organisation level
To give an employee access rights for all administrations within your organisation, add this employee at the organisation level, via the overview Employees in the organisation settings. Click +New, and enter the employee's e-mail address. Check the boxes for the rights you want this employee to have. All access rights that are given at organisation level, also apply to all underlying administrations. It is possible to assign rights per administration as well, which is useful if certain administrations are to be excluded.
Revoke access or delete employee
In the overview of employees in the administration settings, you can click any individual employee to edit their rights or use the button in the top right to revoke all access.
In the overview of employees in the organisation settings, you can click any individual employee to edit their rights or use the button in the top right to delete an employee entirely.
Take over role
Employees who have the right permissions to do so can, if necessary, assume the role of owners, contractors, or executors, to view information or perform actions. You can take over someone's role from the page where their contact information is stored.
For executors, go to the 'Executors' tab in the 'User Management' submenu of the Todos module. Click the three dots behind the relevant user and choose 'Take over role'.
For contractors, go to the 'Contractors' tab in the 'User Management' submenu of the Todos module. Click the business name of the relevant contractor, and then the three dots behind the administrator whose role you want to take over.
For owners, you'll find the instructions in the article Login as owner.
