Statistics module

The statistics module includes several components. In this article we explain the difference.

Dashboard

In the dashboard you will see an overview of 5 important statistics. The number of bookings, total realized revenue, rent turnover, occupancy and reviews. Learn more about the different statistics in this article: Statistics

Explorer

In the explorer you can determine which statistics you want to see. Here you first select the type of statistics. Then you determine for which period you want to see the statistics, whether you want to see them per day, week, month, quarter or year and whether you want to compare them.

Then you can add filters. For example a filter on segment, object label, object type or length of stay. It is also possible to filter on a specific package or discount offer.

The statistics can be exported to Excel. In addition you can use the + Add to report button to add the statistics to a report.

Visits

the number of nights stayed per period, sorted by the guest's country of origin (excluding owner reservations). Filterable by departure or arrival.

Efficiency

In this overview you will find the efficiency per object. Filtering is possible by period, segment, commission type and type. It is also possible to show object that are not rented out by checking the box. Per object, the name of the owner, the commission agreement, the incoming rent turnover and the paid rent turnover are displayed. The difference between the rent turnover and the turnover paid out is the efficiency.

Rent distribution

Overview of rent realized and rent to be realized. Click on a type to compare the corresponding objects. Here the priority per object can be adjusted if desired. Owner reservations are included or excluded depending on the rental priority on the park. The rental priority can be determined in the administration settings on the owners tab. The darker green the bar the higher the rent is.

Reservation Distribution

Overview of the number of booked reservations and their arrival date. Here you get the possibility to filter a certain period, view it per month, week or day and even compare it to the same date last year.

Report

Here you set which statistics you wish to receive in a report. First you create a report. Then by clicking + New statistic you can add a statistic. Via explorer you select the appropriate statistic.

E-mail settings

If you wish to receive an e-mail report once a month containing the most important statistics at organization level, you can set this up in the e-mail settings. To do this, check the Receive the above e-mail box.
