Organisational overview
Especially for organisations with multiple administrations, there is the organisational overview. In this overview, the organisation manager has insight into all reservations in the underlying administrations, can view the guest data of all underlying administrations at once, and financial data such as invoices and open payments can also be found in this overview.
In addition, organisation managers can view reception messages, who performed which actions in the administrations, and the organisation settings.
Open organisational overview
To open the organisational overview, click the administration name in the green menu bar. Using the drop-down menu, click on the organisation name - which is in bold.
Reservations
If you click the Reservations tab, you will see all the organisation's reservations, regardless of which Administration the reservations were made for.
We have added several filters so that you can create the desired overview for your situation, e.g. all arrivals for next Friday.
Just like at Administration level, the Reservations are sorted by stages of the reservation:
- Confirmed;
- Imported;
- Cancelled;
- Not yet confirmed;
- Option.
Making a reservation
Making a reservation can be done, from the Reservations tab using the yellow '+ Reservation' button or the blue '+ New Reservation' button. Both buttons take you to the next screen. Here you can use the filters. For example, you can select multiple Types, Characteristics and Parks.
This is a handy feature if you work for a call centre where reservations can be made for the entire organisation. You can quickly see at which park you still have availability and finalise your Reservation.
Vouchers at organisation level
On this page, you can also easily find the vouchers at organisation level in 1 overview! No need to search for vouchers per Administration. Go through your organisation overview to the Reservations tab and right-click on Vouchers. In this overview you can filter on, for example, 1 or more Administrations.
Guests
On the Guests tab, you can see the guest details of all the underlying administrations.
We have also added several filters in this overview. Here you can see, for example, whether a guest has only been to 1 park within your organisation or to several parks.
Financial
On the Financial tab, you can see all invoices that have been made within the administrations of your organisation. Here you also have insight into all payments, open payments and outstanding amounts.
Reception messages
On the Reception messages tab, you can see all received, sent and archived reception messages of all administrations in one overview. Some parks find it easy if the reception department manages and picks up these messages, but we also offer the option to do so at organisational level. You can manage all messages from here. This is also automatically processed in the inbox with reception messages at Administration level. This prevents duplication of effort.
Tip: archive messages once you have processed them! Then other colleagues will know that they don't have to deal with them anymore.
Actions
Here you can find all actions within the administrations. It is possible to filter by period, Administration, applicable to and created by.
Settings
On this tab, you can adjust all organisation settings. Adjusting these settings will apply to all underlying administrations.
