Search functions
In Booking experts, we have several search functions. Search with the general search field, search at organisation level and search by administration name.
Search with the general search field
Right at the top, you will see the general search field. You will always find this search field in the menu bar. You can search here for a lot of information, e.g. (part) of a reservation number, external reservation number of a channel like Booking.com, first or last name of a guest or owner, e-mail address, license plate number or Types/object name.
Pressing the Shift + S keys simultaneously will take you directly to the general search field where you can type in the search query.
Search at organisation level
If your organisation has several Administrations within Booking Experts, you can search at organisation level. To do this, tick the whole organisation box at the end of the search bar.
Search by administration name
On the top left, you can click on the dropdown and select another Administration within your organisation. This allows you to switch between the different Administrations within your organisation.
Pressing the Shift + P keys at the same time takes you directly to the search field where you can type in the name of the Administration.
