Booking portal
On the Dashboard page you will find the booking portal at the very bottom left. This booking portal is connected to the website of the vacation park.
The booking portal only appears if you also use BEX CMS from Booking Experts.
What is the Booking Portal?
As soon as guests try to make a booking via the website, it will appear in the booking portal. Through this functionality, reception employees can easily take over bookings from guests if they get stuck or if something goes wrong during the booking process. To do this, you have to open the respective reservation and click on 'Take over'. You can then complete the reservation as usual.
Letting guests complete the booking
Besides taking over a reservation, this functionality also allows guests, who have not finalized their booking just yet, to finish their booking themselves. When guests enter their email address while booking, they automatically receive an email asking them to complete their booking at your park if they have not completed it earlier.
