Dashboard

In Booking Experts, the dashboard provides an overview of important information of your park. The dashboard consists of a taskbar and an overview of data.

Menubar

The menubar includes the different modules of Booking Experts, for example the 'Planboard' or the 'POS'. The menubar is pinned to the header of the webpage, and therefore available and visible on all pages within Booking Experts, so that you can always find the right module and information. In the menubar you can, for example, change account details, create a reservation, or utilize the search function. You can learn more about the menubar in our article with menubar instructions.

You can find the search bar on the right side of the page, where you can search through the entirety of Booking Experts.

Overview

While the menubar provides multiple options to support navigation within Booking Experts, the body of the page gives out vital information about your recreational company and guests.

Check-Ins and Check-Outs

The first section within the overview shows the current check-ins and check-outs, which provides a fast overview of the next arriving or leaving guests. Every check-in that is shown in the list includes valuable information, like the reservation-number or outstanding todos. On the right hand side are guests that are checking-out and here you can see what their payment status is. Read more about the check-ins and check-outs via the dashboard here.

You can click on the magnifying glass to see more information regarding the guests.

Bookings of the past month

Below the check-ins and check-outs, you can find the graph for bookings of the past month. This graph gives a brief overview of the bookings in the last days and specifically which channel was used to create the booking. For more information on statistics and its use you can click here.

Last actions

In this section, you can see what changes have been made in your system. It shows who made the change and at what time. For a full overview, you can click on the 'View All' button.

Booking portal

The booking portal at the bottom of the page shows potential guests and their current booking process. This is helpful when, for example, the guest is having difficulties with their booking. Via the press of a button the reception can support the guest and take over the booking. Read more about the booking portal here.

Guests currently present

The last, but very important information is at the bottom of the dashboard. Here you can view the guests, which are currently present on your premises. This is vital information for example in case of an emergency. More about the night register can be found in this article.
