Booking Experts Academy
We want to guide our users within Booking Experts, whether you are a new employee or intern or just want to learn more about a certain part of Booking Experts. Therefore, we have written several Academies to help you learn more about Booking Experts in a fun and interactive way!
Booking Experts Academy: Basics
We recommend you start with Basic Academy. In this Academy, we cover the basics of all modules in our all-in-one booking system, including creating and editing reservations, the planning board, the tasks module and finance.
In-depth Academies
Would you like to gain even more knowledge about Booking Experts after completing the Basic Academy? Then you can dive deeper with our other Academies that focus specifically on one module and/or subject within Booking Experts. Of course, you can decide which Academy you want to follow and in which order.
How to work with the Academies
The Booking Experts Academies are located as separate online training courses in our reservation system. Each Academy consists of its own online training, which includes text, examples and assignments. The assignments included in the Academies can be answered in this online training, but are mostly performed in Booking Experts.
Keep both the online training tab and the Booking Experts tab open, so you can quickly switch between the two.
How do I get access to the Booking Experts Academies?
If you are logged into Booking Experts, you have access to our Academy. You can find the Academies by navigating to your profile and then clicking on 'Academy'. This takes you to the Academy overview page, where all the different Academies are displayed. From here you can open the desired Academy.
You first need to register for the online courses via the EasyGenerator programme. An account is already set up for you, you just need to create a password.
