Review statistics
In the statistics of the reviews, you can see the score of each topic for that particular item. When you hover over the bar chart of the section in question, you can see how many of the total number of reviews received that score.
Filtering in the statistics
The filter allows you to filter by the reviews per review form, the period in which the review was written, visibility and response status.
A summary of the review statistics is sent weekly to employees who have both 'Reception Advanced' and 'Statistics' rights. This e-mail is only sent if new reviews have actually been written in that week. Employees receive information on all administrations where these rights have been granted.
