Creating a discount campaign

Creating a discount campaign is the first step in offering discounts. Only then can you add one or more discounts to the campaign. Under a discount campaign, you can collect annual discounts or run different discounts under the same name.

New discount campaign:

Go to the 'Setup' tab in your PMS, and click 'Discount campaigns' in the right menu. Here you can create a discount campaign via the '+New' button.

  1. Enter the name of the discount campaign. Use the language button on the right of this field to also enter the name and description of the discount campaign in other languages.
  2. If you want to highlight the discount campaign on your website, you must also add an image.
  3. Use the short description to generate interest. For example, 'Enjoy a discount of up to 25%!'
  4. Check 'Global' if you want to make this campaign available to all other administrations within your organisation.
  5. Click 'Create discount campaign' to save.

Edit or delete discount campaign:

In the overview of discount campaigns, you can click on the name of a campaign to change its information. Here you will also find the 'Archive' button to delete a campaign.

The next step is to create a discount.
