What information is present in the detail page of the exemption?

Go to 'Exemptions' in the MOOV app page and click an ID number to see the detail page of that exemption. At the top, there is general information such as identifications (license plates), name, validity, and the date of creation and update (modification). In an active exemption, you'll be able to see the activities, these tell you which barrier or access was used at which time. The external details are the data as known in the MOOV app, shown as programming code.

Automatic check-in is enabled, but check-in does not happen immediately upon entry?

With automatic check-in, it can take up to 10 minutes for the check-in to be processed in the PMS. If it takes longer than 10 minutes, please contact Booking Experts.

I have updated a reservation, but this change is not reflected in the exemption?

Changes to reservations are updated intermittently to the linked MOOV exemptions. If you want to update an exemption immediately, you can go to the detail page of that exemption, and click the 'Synchronise' button. This will process the update immediately.

In the detail page of an exemption you can also use the 'Edit' button to make changes to the exemption directly. For example, to add or change a license plate.

I want to deny access to a guest or owner, how do I do that?

Go to the detail page of the exemption that allows access for this guest or owner, and use the 'Delete' button. MOOV will no longer recognise the identification associated with this access, and will block further attempts to gain access. To reinstate access for this guest or owner, a new exemption must be created.

I want to send the MOOV message template by text, can I?

If desired, it is possible to send the template by text. To do this, you must have a Bird account linked to the administration. Read more about how messages can be sent via Bird.

The MOOV app page has a 'Logs' button, but what is this exactly?

If you click the 'Logs' button you will find an overview of all technical actions within this integration. The meaning of these actions can be found in this Nedap knowledge center article. To view this article, you have to log in with your MOOV login details.
