Attachment text for e-mails rentals/types
It is possible to choose per type or rental whether you want to add extra information in the e-mail templates. This can be convenient when you want to send out information about key locations, codes, or the arrival. In this article, it will be explained how to add this information to your e-mail templates.
Adding attachment text
When editing a rental or type, you can fill in the attachment text for e-mails. Here you can, for example, add the code to the doorlock or the location of the keysafe.
You can add the attachment text for e-mails in different languages, so the information can also be send to international guests.
Adding information tag
After you filled in the attachment text for e-mails at the specific rental or type, you need to add the information tag in the e-mail template.
For both types and rentals you can add the information tag for attachment texts in the specific e-mail template:
- For rentals this is the following tag: {{ accommodation.attachment_text_html }}
- For types this is the following tag: {{ rentable_type.attachment_text_html }}
