395: Number of arrivals of guests and number of overnight stays by guest's country

The number of arrivals in a given month can be seen from the Statistics section, in subsection Visits. Here, you can see how many people arrived in a given month, grouped by country:

Guests that arrive in december but are leaving in the new year should be reported on december as well as January. To find out how to how many guests this applies, you can check the option Checked out in the next month for the month december:

399: Number of rooms, bed places, employees and operating (working) days

This section can be filled in by creating exports of accommodations for rental for each month of the quarter and by checking the occupancy per month:

• 01 - Number of rooms as of 1st day of the month
  • Can be deduced from the accommodations export by counting the number of accommodations;
• 02 - Number of bed places as of 1st day of the month
  • The rentables export contains the number of people that can reside in each accommodation. The number of bed places can therefore be calculated by summing these numbers;
• 03 - Average number of rooms available
  • This can be deduced by creating an export of all accommodations that are in rental for each month of the quarter;
• 04 - Average number of bed places available
  • Like 03, but in this case the number of persons of each accommodation should be counted;
• 05 - Number of operating (working) days
  • Can be filled in manually, should usually just be the number of days in the month;
• 06 - Number of occupied rooms (room-nights)
  • This can be calculated by determining the occupancy percentage for the given month from the Occupancy statistics. You can use this percentage in combination with the the total number of rooms as specified in 01;
• 07 - Number of places for tents and caravans as of 1st day of the month
  • Can be exported by filtering the list of accommodations by type.
