PeOos

This article explains how the link with PeOos can be established.

PeOos only focuses on accommodations in the Netherlands. PeOos rents Dutch homes on the German market: 98% of the guests come from Germany.

PeOos can place your properties on their own website, but they can also place your offer on other websites. To link with PeOos, you must contact them. You can ask for Petra Oosterhoff.

Petra will help you further with explaining how to post the content at PeOos. PeOos is a pull connection. PeOos picks up availability and prices from Booking Experts. Once you have placed the content at PeOos, you can contact Booking Experts. We can prepare the link for you.

You then provide the PeOos with the API key, the Park ID and the type IDs. Here they can ensure that the right advertisement is matched to your types.

1. API key - This can be found under a channel;

2. Park ID number - The park ID number can be found in the URL;

3. Type ID number - You will find this under the Setup tab and in the right menu for Types.

If the channel has not yet been created in Booking Experts, you must create this channel as a tour operator. PeOos processes the booking. This means that both a guest and channel invoice for reservations are made.

Synchronization

The availability on the PeOos website is updated every hour. The prices are synchronized by PeOos once a day, because they only serve as an indication for the visitors. This is the rental price and the additional mandatory costs. The descriptions, data and photos are synchronized every few days. In addition, the link takes into account the arrival and departure generator.

If a reservation doesn't go from 'Unconfirmed' to 'Confirmed' within 24 hours, the reservation will automatically be cancelled. This differs from the usual 8 hours that apply to all other channels.
