Traum is an advertising platform and a push link. Booking Experts sends the data to Traum-Ferienwohnungen. Availability and rental prices are synchronized. This channel is created as a reseller in Booking Experts. This means that a guest invoice is only made for reservations, as the park collects the money and not the channel.

What is being synchronized?

Through the API connection with Traum-Ferienwohnungen we synchronize both the (simple) prices and the availability of your accommodation.
Please note, only the rental price is synchronized. Cost items are not included in the link!

It is possible to transmit rates in two different ways:

1. Simple rates: this literally synchronizes a rate for each night. You'll also define it as such within Booking Experts;
2. Complex rates: with this option, we only synchronize the rate per week from Monday to Monday. From this rate, the various rates for a stay are calculated.

Example: a week from Monday to Monday will cost €750,-. If I would like to book a midweek, the rate will be €750,- / 7 x 4 = € 428,57

We recommend that you use the simple price list, because you have rounded prices and do not end up with comma numbers.

We can also synchronize the following components. This means that you do not have to create the following parts at Traum:

• Type name;
• Short description of the type;
• Long description of the type;
• Invoicing details;
• Images.

To have us make a connection with Traum-Ferienwohnungen, we need some details. They are outlined below.

What can you do?

• Make sure the prices are arranged correctly. Choose night prices or make a weekly price from Monday to Monday in the complicated price list. You will have to enter this per type;
• Enter the number of m² off an accommodation. In order to communicate the number of m², you will need to create a numeric attribute in Booking Experts, called "m²". You then add this and enter it for each type you want to link. We then ensure that Traum-Ferienwohnungen includes the number of m² entered per (accommodation) type in the synchronization;
• Create a landlord account at Traum-Ferienwohnungen. This is possible here;
• Create advertisements per accommodation at Traum-Ferienwohnungen. Here you provide the same information as with the accommodation in Booking Experts, for example how many guests it can accommodate and whether pets are welcome or not;
• Send us the accommodation ID's and API key from your Traum-Ferienwohnungen account. Your API key is your Customer ID of Traum-Ferienwohnungen;
