Showing a form on the website

After you have created a form, you obviously want to place it somewhere on the website. You can place a form directly on a page, or in a pop-up.

Place form directly on a page

You can add a Form widget on any desired page. In this widget, choose one of your previously created forms. Complete the other widget settings, and click 'New form' to save it.

Place form in a pop-up

When creating a pop-up, choose the 'Form' type. Then, you can complete the other settings and select a form to show. You can also determine whether this pop-up should be displayed automatically or not.
