MessageBird
MessageBird has been connecting businesses large and small directly with their customers via billions of devices around the world since 2011. Within Booking Experts, your MessageBird account is used to send SMS messages to your Guests and Executors.
It is not possible to compose SMS messages yourself. The messages sent are notifications of urgent tasks for Executors or messages created as application message templates for different apps.
Signing up with MessageBird
To make use of SMS notifications from Booking Experts you need your own MessageBird account, from this account we can send the messages to your guests.
You can sign up through the MessageBird website.
Creating an Access Key
Once you have completed all the steps to create a complete MessageBird account you will need to create an Access Key from which we can send SMS messages to your Guests/Executors.
Enter MessageBird Access Key into Booking Experts
Once you have generated the Access Key from MessageBird, you can copy it and enter it into Booking Experts. To do this, go to the Administration settings.
