Executors and Todo
Executors are employees who perform the tasks on the Todo lists. Executors have access to their personal Executors Portal where they can view tasks assigned to them.
Add operator to task list
From the Tasks tab, go to user management. Here you will see an external parties tab and an executors tab. On the executors tab click +new executor.
Open the task list to which you want to add an executor. Click the new button to add an executor. Select the executor.
Portal
In the Executors' Portal, an Executor can see the tasks assigned to him, start and stop a task, create a new task, create a task for an object or a task for a facility.
As an Executor, you can also search by tasks. You can search by task ID, by description, by object or by facility. Searching by the term 'today' results in an overview of the tasks for that day.
Starting and stopping a task
You start a task by clicking on a task and then click the green start button. When you have finished the task, click stop. You can then finish the task and, if necessary, register the hours worked and materials used.
Did you incur costs while completing a task? Think for example of replacing a lamp. You can add these costs while completing the task. You can add notes in the note box. This results in a task to be checked and invoiced.
Creating a new (one-off) task
General task that appears on the task list but is not linked to a reservation or accommodation.
Creating a task for an object
To-dos are used if you want to create a task that is directly linked to one of the Rentals. For example, you might see that there is a leak in a bathroom of an object. You can create a task for this and assign it to the technical service.
Creating a facility task
A facility task is directly linked to a facility in Booking Experts. You walk past the toilet building and see that it is not clean. You can immediately create a task for this.
An executor can also be an external party. For more information about Contractors click here.
