Task lists
By using different task lists, you manage your task planning in a clear and organised way. Each task list represents a team or department within your recreation company, such as Cleaning, Technical Service or Reception.
When creating (automatic) tasks, you select on which task list the task should be placed.
For each task list, you manage which performers, external parties and/or followers are linked.
Task planning of a task list
Each task list has a task schedule on which tasks can be assigned to performers.
Linking performers to a task list
You can link performers to a task list, after which they can be assigned tasks during task creation. Linked performers are also visible on the task schedule of the task list. For more information about task list operators, click here.
Linking external parties to a task list
When you outsource tasks to an external party, you can link an external party to a task list. The external party will then see the task list with underlying tasks in their task portal.
When working with external parties, it is smart to create a separate task list for that external party. That way, you keep your internal tasks separate from the external tasks. Want to know everything about external parties? Then click here.
Tracking task lists
If you want to receive a daily/weekly notification with the number of open tasks, you can follow a task list. Followers can be managed per task list.
