Followers for task lists
The follower is often the person in charge within the organisation who distributes the tasks for a particular to-do list. The follower is informed of new tasks to be scheduled for his/her assigned task list.
To add a follower to a task list, go to task lists via the tasks module and add a follower to the task list in question.
A follower is not a separate role within Booking Experts, in order to add a follower, there must already be an employee role within the organisation for the follower.
Dividing tasks within a to-do list
When a follower is assigned to a to-do list, they can schedule the underlying tasks. To do this, click on task planning in the task list.
