Linking price lists to (multiple) type(s) with margin
You can link a price list to one or more Types. This allows you to work with just one single price list for your entire organisation, the basic price list.
When linking a type, you can increase or decrease the prices for that type by using a price factor and/or a fixed amount per night.
The amounts are automatically rounded depending on the setting in the price list. Do you want to change this setting? Then click on the price list and then on edit.
To see how the price comes out after increasing or decreasing, it can be viewed by clicking on the example prices button.
Example increasing by 10%
If you want to increase the prices for a certain type by 10% compared to the base price list, enter the price factor 1.1.
Example decrease with a percentage of 10%
If you want to decrease the prices by 10% compared to the basic price list you enter the price factor 0.9.
If possible, link as many Types to the same price list. For each type, you determine the price factor and/or the fixed amount per night. Do you want to increase or decrease your prices in the future? Then you only have to adjust the basic price list and the prices of all linked Types will change accordingly.
