Costs for additional persons

Costs can be compulsorily included starting from a certain number of people.

This may be necessary in these situations, for example:

• Property rental is based on 2 people as standard. When booking for more persons, extra rent is charged from the 3rd person onwards.
• If a certain accommodation has 4 beds as standard and a booking is made for 5 people, a standard charge should be made for the 5th person for an extra bed.

Make sure the costs are compulsorily charged. For the price, select "per person" or "per person per night". Specify who counts.

If you want to charge for the 3rd person, enter the number of people counting as from 2. If you make a Reservation for 4 people, the costs will be calculated for the 3rd and 4th person.

You can also enter a maximum number of people counting. For example, you make a Reservation for 8 people. For a Reservation with 8 people, the cost item will then be calculated for 4 people.

Example:

For the person 1 and 2 you do not want to calculate a charge. You then fill in from 2 onwards under count persons or pets.

You want to calculate this cost item for a maximum of 4 people. Fill in 4 for the maximum number of persons or pets.

If you make a Reservation for 8 people then the costs will be calculated 4 times.

If you make a Reservation for 4 people the cost will be calculated twice.
