Owners and booking outside price period

This support article tells you how to give an owner the rights to make reservations in periods without a price.

You can determine per owner whether he/she may make reservations in a period where no price has been set (yet). This means that the owner can in fact always reserve his/her own object. This is only possible if the owner always gets a 100% discount on the rental and does not have to charge a price for the rental.

Give Owners rights to book outside price period

To do this, open the object and go to the Owners tab. Click new to create a new owner appointment or click the start date and then edit to make a change to an existing appointment. Under access rights, tick the option _Owners may make Reservation on period without price _.
