Owner and adjust prices

You can give an owner rights to submit a rate change request. This gives an owner insight into the price list and allows them to submit a change request to the back office.

This request should then be processed by the back office.

Give Owners rights to submit tariff change requests

To do this, open the object and go to the owner tab. Click new to create a new owner appointment or click the start date and then edit to make a change to an existing appointment. Under access rights, tick the option Owners can submit rate change request.

Owners can now submit a change request. As soon as the owner has submitted a request, you will receive a reception message of this in the back office.
