Owners and accept/reject reservations

You can give an owner the right to accept or reject reservations made on that owner's property. The owner can view the new reservations in his/her portal and accept them directly or reject them by giving a specific reason. He/she will also receive an email of each new reservation to be checked and accepted.


When a reservation is accepted, the reservation confirmation is sent to the guest. If the reservation is rejected, the park will receive a reception message about this. You can then cancel the reservation with the owner and, for example, offer the guest an alternative.

Attention! This option is only visible if you give Owners the right to view reservation details.

Give Owners the right to accept or decline reservations

To do this, open the object and go to the Owners tab. Click new to create a new owner appointment or click the start date and then edit to make a change to an existing appointment. Under access rights, tick the option Owners should check reservations.

For every Reservation placed on this accommodation, the owner must take action on it by accepting or rejecting it.

If the owner does not want to receive e-mails of new reservations, the owner can uncheck Updates of reservations in his own profile under data.
