Owners and availability

For each owner, you can determine whether he can view availability. If he is allowed to see this, the owner has access to an availability calendar in his own portal.

Giving Owners rights to view availability

To do this, open the object and go to the owners tab. Click new to create a new owner appointment or click the start date and then edit to make a change to an existing appointment. Under access rights, tick the option Owners can see availability.


If an owner is allowed to see availability, you can then also determine whether the owner can create Blocked periods for maintenance, for example.
