Owner permissions Rent amount, Rent settlements and Booking invoice

The additional permission 'Rent amount' is only available when the 'Bookings' permission has been ticked first. 'Rent amount' allows the owner to see the rent amount that the guests pay, this is the cost of their stay excluding any extras that do not 'count as rent'.

If 'Rent amount' has been ticked in the owner profile, it will also become possible to assign the permission 'Rent settlements'.

Rent settlements

The 'Rent settlements' permission allows the owner to view the rent settlements for their object in the owner's portal. If you do not tick this permission, the owner will be sent rent settlements by email.

Booking invoice

The additional permission 'Booking invoice' is only available when the 'Bookings' permission has been ticked first. 'Booking invoice' allows the owner to view the invoices that the guest has received. These booking invoices may differ from the booking order. The invoices available for viewing by the owner only contain the invoice items. Any financial or payment data of the guest is not included.

Assigning owner permissions

Assigning these permissions is only possible through an owner profile. When creating or editing an owner's agreement, you can add an owner profile to make it effective for that owner.
