Owner permission Promote the accommodation

Ticking the owner permission 'Promote the accommodation' will provide the owner with their own, unique reservation link. This link will be available to them in the owner portal.

The owner can share this link at their own discretion. If the property of the owner is booked through this reservation link, the reservation overview in the backoffice will show that the channel for this reservation is 'Through owner'.

In the commission agreement, you can agree on a deviating commission for the 'Through owner' channel, to reward the owner for their promotional efforts.

Assigning owner permissions

Assigning these permissions is only possible through an owner profile. When creating or editing an owner's agreement, you can add an owner profile to make it effective for that owner.
